Superior Flooring UK – Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions

“Customer” means any individual or business purchasing flooring products from Superior Flooring UK.

“Superior Flooring UK”, also referred to as “seller”, “we”, or “us”, means Superior Flooring UK, the supplier of flooring products and related services.

“Online Catalogue” means the list of products and services displayed on www.superiorflooring.co.uk.

“Normal Working Hours” means 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on a Working Day.

“Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank or other Public Holidays in the UK.
2. Orders

All contracts of sale made by Superior Flooring UK are subject to these Terms and Conditions. They take precedence over any other terms issued by the Customer.

Orders may be cancelled in line with the Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This does not affect a Customer’s statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

Superior Flooring UK reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed where product pricing, descriptions, or stock details have been incorrectly listed on the website. No contract is formed until we confirm dispatch of the order.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative.

Product images displayed online may differ slightly from the actual product (e.g., colour shade variations).

Customers confirm that:
a) All details provided for purchases are correct.
b) The debit/credit card used for payment belongs to the Customer and has sufficient funds. -
Superior Flooring UK may record and monitor calls or digital communications for training and quality purposes.
3. Prices

All prices shown include VAT (unless otherwise stated).

Prices are invoiced at the rate applicable at the time of placing an order. Superior Flooring UK reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.
4. Delivery, Title & Risk

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods on the agreed date but are not liable for delays caused by courier services, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, Customers may cancel the order and request a full refund.

Any shortage or damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

Goods remain the property of Superior Flooring UK until full payment is received.

If the Customer cannot accept delivery:
a) Goods may be stored at the Customer’s expense and risk.
b) We may attempt re-delivery and charge for additional costs. -
Delivery is kerbside only unless agreed otherwise in writing. Flooring deliveries are made on large vehicles with tail-lift facilities; Customers must ensure suitable access.

Deliveries cannot be made to locations with restricted access, uneven driveways, or gravelled areas unless prior arrangements are confirmed.

Superior Flooring UK accepts no liability for damage caused to property during delivery.
5. Payment

Orders are only accepted once payment is successfully processed.

Superior Flooring UK reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing or invalid payment details.

All payments must be made using valid debit/credit cards or approved payment methods.
6. Product Specifications

While we aim to supply goods exactly as described, manufacturers may make minor changes in design, size, or specifications.

If the ordered product is unavailable, Superior Flooring UK reserves the right to supply an alternative product of equal or higher quality at no extra cost.

In the event of pricing errors, Customers will be notified within 14 days and given the option to:
a) Reconfirm the order at the correct price.
b) Cancel the affected item(s).
c) Cancel the full order.
7. Trade Names & Trademarks

Any trade names or brand references are used for identification purposes only and may not always indicate the actual manufacturer.

Customers seeking a specific brand should confirm details with us before ordering.
8. Warranties & Returns

Superior Flooring UK supplies high-quality flooring products but accepts that faults may occasionally occur.

Unwanted goods may only be returned within 7 days with prior written agreement and must be unopened, undamaged, and in resaleable condition. A handling fee of 20% of the sale price or £20 (whichever is greater) will apply.

Faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Following inspection, we may offer a refund, repair, or replacement.

Customers are responsible for return packaging and ensuring items are not damaged in transit.

9. Health & Safety

Customers are responsible for correctly handling and installing flooring products.

Installation must follow the manufacturer’s health and safety guidelines, available on request.
10. Returns Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 7 working days of delivery, in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations.

The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods unless the product is faulty.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
11. Errors & Omissions

Superior Flooring UK makes every effort to ensure product details and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur.

In case of a pricing error, Customers may choose to pay the correct price or cancel the order.
12. General
-
These Terms & Conditions do not affect statutory consumer rights.

Any disputes will be governed by English Law under the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
-
Superior Flooring UK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions without notice.
