Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your flooring purchase. You may return most new, unopened, and unused flooring products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the return is the result of an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong product, damaged goods, or a defective item), Superior Flooring UK will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to four weeks from the time you hand your package to the return courier. This timeframe includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the return to reach our warehouse.

  • 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transaction.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond promptly with step-by-step return instructions.

Superior Flooring UK delivers flooring products across most regions of the United Kingdom.

Please note:

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions, particularly in remote areas of Scotland.

  • Standard shipping is free on most orders. However, some special or oversized products may incur an additional delivery charge, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times depend on product availability and the shipping option selected. Estimated delivery dates will be displayed during checkout.

Our deliveries are made using trusted courier partners. Flooring and laminate orders are typically delivered kerbside only due to their weight and size, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
